The status of Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian remains unclear.
But there is apparently no such uncertainty surrounding Lamar's relationship with his father-in-law: he and Bruce Jenner are total besties!
Sources tell TMZ that Odom and Jenner have been hanging out a lot in Malibu, ever since the latter officially separated from Kris Jenner and moved full-time into his own place.
The insider adds that Bruce has been counseling Lamar on a variety of important topics, from staying clean to spending time with positive influences in his life.
Overall, Jenner sees Odom as a "good soul" who has simply lost his way as of late.
"Everybody's got sh-t in their life and they need to learn how to deal with it," Jenner allegedly told a friend, adding: "Lamar didn't deal with his very well."
Bruce also confirms that Odom is sober and continually working out in the hopes that he can latch on to an NBA team this season.
Jenner says he'll stick by Lamar's side going forward no matter what, so the same probably can't be said for his stepdaughter:
Those in the know have claimed Khloe is selling her mansion and hoping to start fresh... far away from Lamar.
