Whatever you'd like to be called, listen up:Â The Wizard of Oz is getting re-released in IMAX 3D!
The re-release is meant to mark the 75th Anniversary of the classic film, though it will actually fall just after its 74th Anniversary. I guess they couldn't wait.
The Wizard of Oz will now become the oldest film to be re-released in IMAX 3D, joining the likes of Titanic, Jurassic Park, and Top Gun.
Ozzies can catch the film in 400 IMAX theaters for one week, beginning September 20. The event will be followed by the release of a 5-disc Blu-Ray set on October 1.
