Kim Kardashian may be taking her first vacation away from her daughter since giving birth this summer, but North West remains very close to her mother's heart.
Literally.

Heck, Kanye actually approached a cameraman yesterday, shook his hand and showed the paparazzo some respect. Seriously!
Kim, meanwhile, hasn't said much to the press, but she's at least back to her cleavage-baring ways. And, thanks to her pregnancy, she has more cleavage than ever before to bare.
